RED EYE BRAND – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We’re here to keep it real. If you’re not happy, neither are we.

We want you to love your gear. If something’s off, we’ll do our best to make it right.


RETURNS

  • You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.

  • To start a return, just hit us up at redeyebrandno1@gmail.com with your order number.


HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us first so we can approve the return.
  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Send it back to the address we’ll provide in the email.

Note: Return shipping costs are on you unless the item was defective or we messed up.


REFUNDS

  • Once we get your return and check it, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it might take 5–10 days to show up.


DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right: replacement, refund, or store credit—your choice.

Just email us with photos and your order number.
