We know you want your gear fast. We want that too. Here’s how shipping works at Red Eye Brand.
1. WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We’re based in Slovakia 🇸🇰 and ship to:
- All of Slovakia and the EU
- Selected worldwide destinations (check availability at checkout)

2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders usually process in 1–3 business days.
- During busy drops or holidays, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
3. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after shipping:

🌎 International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs or carrier delays can happen.
4. SHIPPING COSTS

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email (if available for your shipping option).
If you don’t see it, check spam/junk or email us.
6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

We can’t control these fees or predict what they’ll be.

7. WRONG ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you—additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
We pack with care, but if something arrives damaged, email us right away with photos.
If your package seems lost in transit, let us know and we'll try to help track it down.
